How To Make Vegan Pancake

Pancake is our all-time favorite breakfast. I make it at least once a week and the best part is, I do not feel guilty about it. Thanks to the whole food plant-based ingredients and lifestyle.

Honestly, I was a little bit nervous introducing this recipe to kids thinking they may not like it but to my surprise, the first thing that came out of my daughter's mouth was, omg this is so good and she is the pickiest person in the house !!

Ok so let me share how I make it….

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients for Pancake

1 & 1/2 Cup whole Wheat flour [Product link ]

1/3 Cup Almond Flour [Product link]

2 tbs Baking Powder [Product link]

1 tbs spoon Cinnamon [Product link]

1 tbs Maple Syrup [Product link]

1 tbs Vanilla Extract [Product link]

Salt to test

2 & 1/2 cups of water

Garnish

Banana wheels

1 Cup Blueberry [Product link]

1/4 Cup Walnuts cut into small pieces [Product link]

Organic Maple Syrup[Product link]

Method

Step 1

In a Mixing bowl add all the ingredients, then slowly add the water and start whisking the batter so there are no lumps

Step 2

Heat the pan, I like to use an Iron pan but you can use nonstick too and just start making the pan Cake.

Step 3

Once done, garnish the pancake as you like, I like to add banana, blueberries, and walnuts it gives amazing flavor.

Step 4

Top it off with real maple syrup.
