How to make Paneer Kathi Roll

Ingredients for Kati Rolls
Whole Wheat Roti
1 cup paneer cut into pieces
Grated Cheese
Green chutney 1 & 1/4 tablespoons
1 Medium Onion ( Thinly Sliced)
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Lemon Juice
Oil
Method
Step 1
In a Mixing bowl take thinly sliced onions, add salt, a ½ teaspoon of red chili powder and Lemon juice, mix well and check if it requires more salt and put it aside.
Step 2
Take 1 tbs oil in a pan, keep the flame over medium heat once oil gets little warm add the paneer cubes, salt, ½ teaspoon of red chili powder and garam masala
Step 3
Saute paneer till it gets little soft (about 2 to 3 minutes), keep on turning panner time to time so it doesn’t get too dry or hard.
Step 4
Once Paneer is done, remove the pan from flame and keep it aside.
Step 5
Now take the roti, spread the green chutney evenly on it, now add cooked paneer pieces.
Step 6
Now top it off with marinated onion mix and shredded cheese.
Step 7
Once this is done start rolling the roti from one side so it turns in to a wrap.
Step 8
Now take a flat nonstick pan, keep the flame over medium heat, once it’s warm brush some oil on tava and put one side of wrap on it.
Step 9
Keep the warp on one side until you see it’s turning little light brown, now flip the wrap on other side and repeat. ( this shouldn’t take more than a min or two )
Step 10
Once done sever warm and delicious kati (Kathi) roll with some ketchup.
